Shipping Conditions

Shipping costs are FREE throughout the national territory, except for the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, and the Plain Flat Espadrilles (Alpargatas Sencillas Planas) for Men and Women.

Shipping costs for the Balearic Islands and Portugal:

  • 1 pair: €7

  • 2 pairs: €9

  • 3 pairs: €12

  • 4 pairs and up: €15

For shipments to the Canary Islands, the shipping price is €20 per pair.

Transport will be carried out through a specialized parcel delivery company. The delivery time will be between 24 and 72 business hours (International shipments will depend on the country) from the order confirmation, depending on the destination.

Order confirmation is instantaneous when payment is made by credit card or PayPal. Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be shipped the next business day. However, due to market circumstances or product availability, unwanted delays may occur.

In these cases, a delay in delivery—unless it is manifestly disproportionate or lacks justification—shall not entail the cancellation of the sale, nor shall it result in any compensation or price variation.

Shipping to: France, Germany, Italy, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, and Austria:

  • 1 pair: €20

  • 2-3 pairs: €30

  • 4 pairs and up: €50

Shipping to: Poland, Czech Republic, Denmark, and Hungary:

  • 1 pair: €25

  • 2-3 pairs: €30

  • 4 pairs and up: €50

Shipping to: Sweden, Ireland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Romania, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, and Finland:

  • 1 pair: €35

  • 2-3 pairs: €40

  • 4 pairs and up: €50

Shipping to: Croatia, Serbia, Norway, and Bulgaria:

  • 1 pair: €50

  • 2-3 pairs: €60

  • 4 pairs and up: €70

We do not ship to the USA, Saudi Arabia, Japan, or Greece.
