Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused.

  • The first return of an order is free within mainland Spain, with the exception of the return of plain flat espadrilles (Detalles de boda and Men/Women models).

  • If there are subsequent returns for the same order, we will deduct €6 from the credit invoice for transport costs. That is, we allow more than one return per order, but we only cover the cost of the first return package.

  • The return period is 30 days from the date of receipt of the shipment. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with any promotional material included.

  • All returns from outside mainland Spain will be at the customer's expense using the transport method they deem appropriate; the customer remains responsible for the package until it is delivered to our facilities.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable under any circumstances.

  • The refund of the order amount will be processed within 14 calendar days after the return request. If not received within this period, you may contact us via email to check the status of your refund.

How to exchange for a different size?

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, please return the original pair and then place a new order for the required size.

How to process a return?

You can easily manage a return from "My Account":

  1. Go to the Order History and Details section.

  2. Click on Details of the order you wish to return.

  3. Select the product to be returned and click on Request Return.

Alternatively, you can send us an email with your name, order reference, and the reason for the return, and we will manage everything. You only need to ensure the package is correctly packed for shipment.
